Mike Shirinian and Dave Fansler are back in the half circle booth with Executive Chef Josh Weber.  

On the plate: Chef Josh Webber from Westwoods BBQ serves up a rainy-day favorite; The Perfect Ribs, a delicious Meatloaf with Mash potatoes and gravy alongside some perfectly cooked burnt ends. The meal is paired with a bottle of red blend from the guys’ private stash.  

The team talks BBQ, Thailand, Thai Cuisine, Food Trucks, rainy-day, firewood, smoking, seasoning wood and  Acts of Kindness.
