Mike Shirinian and Dave Fansler talk about some of their favorite wines that go well with holiday meals and Dave demands there be a flight from Fresno to Orange County.  

On the plate: Elbow Room Chef’s Eric Rodriguez and Nick McCoy plate up some double-cut pork chops. The meal is paired with a delicious Malbec from Spoto Winery in Oakville.
