In this message, based on Luke 24, we reflect on the reality that at first not even Jesus’ own friends, disciples, and followers believed that He had defeated death. Until that moment, there had been resuscitations, but no true resurrection—Jesus is the first, the firstfruits, to conquer death. Yet, as soon as they believed, their lives were radically transformed, and their ministries began to flourish.
