In the next episode of the CG Show, I had the pleasure of chatting with comedian Elliot Loney. We discussed how in order to be successful in your craft there is no substitution for hard work. The more you push yourself to do the uncomfortable the further you will grow by becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable. We also touch on the importance of accountability and his personal growth in becoming comfortable with who he is and blocking out the external noise.
