On today’s episode of The Engineer-ish, the Martins introduce an important concept for job seekers to adopt called “reverse interviewing”. Drew and Torie put on their acting hats and roleplay by giving examples of methods anyone can use to determine if a company is a good fit for them with focus on  “WIIFM” (what’s in it for me). Interviews can be nerve wrecking right? Well, they are changing the way others should view the job interviewing process by providing good questions to use during ‘reverse interviews’. If you put an employer on the hot seat, interviewing becomes less intimidating!
