In 2022, I was earning £60,000–£70,000 a month.
The business was growing, I had clients around the world, an incredible coaching team and opportunities I had once dreamed about.
On paper, I was successful.
Internally, it was a very different story.
In this first episode of The REWIRE, I share what that period of my life actually felt like, the constant urgency, always being available, the pressure to perform and the growing disconnect between the person everyone else saw and the person I experienced behind closed doors.
I also explore why the support I initially looked for never fully solved the problem. Business mentors helped me grow. Health professionals checked my body. Coaches gave me plans and accountability.
All of it had value, but none of it addressed the deeper question:
Why had I created a version of success that required me to sacrifice so much of myself?
This episode is about ambition, burnout, identity and redefining what it really means to be successful.
Because success isn’t only what your life looks like on paper.
It’s what your life feels like to live.
