The Rhythm of God – be aware of the presence of God and everything will flow naturally

When we feel inner attunement with God, everything else flows.

Obedience to a Self-realized guru helps us to avoid distractions and pitfalls on the path to God.

We need the stillness of meditation to receive perceptions of truth. When you receive guidance in mediation, repeatedly test that guidance. It may may change over time.
