Mark’s career in Leadership, Talent & Organisation Development has spanned over 30 years. He has worked in multiple sectors for several well-known tier one global companies such as Hitachi, WorldCom, Motorola, Dell, and Deutsche Bank. In addition, Mark has practical know-how around Sales, Consulting, Tech, Service, and Ops along with challenging client delivery and engaging stakeholders across cultural boundaries. His experience is supported by an M.Ed. & M.A. He lives in Cambridge, UK. In 2017, Mark became a stay-at-home father to two boys Alfie and Arthur.
