RIA merger and acquisition activity has slowed this year. Activity in Q4 accelerated but it may not be enough to eclipse the annual total of 264 in 2022. I’ll get into the details as well as what’s beneath the numbers with David DeVoe in this podcast. I have had the privilege of interviewing David every year around this time, and this is the fourth in that series.
