Who knew that someone could change your life in just a few short months? 

Scotland and I are sadly no longer together. Which I guess means I was wrong last week when I said he would be the next guest on the podcast (too soon?)

It might seem weird for someone’s immediate (well a couple day later) reaction to be to do a podcast and share your raw emotions with the world but here I am, zero regrets. 

It has just been a few days and todays episode gives you insight on our relationship, how it ended and how I am going to move on. 

Listen a year ago I was in the same place, doing a break up episode podcast and I was really hoping to not do one again but I have learned a lot and I hope that you will too. It is ok to put yourself out there and it is ok for it not to work out. I promise.
