Preacher: Chris Woolley
5 reasons why God’s wrath is right and should lead us to humble worship and thanks:
1. The limits of man (9:20) -- we will never fully understand God and His ways
2. The rights of the creator (9:21) -- God has the right to do with creation whatever He chooses
3. The revelation of glory (9:22-23) – Both justice and mercy are expressions of God’s glory
4.The recipients of mercy (9:24-26) – those who receive mercy are completely undeserving
5.The remnants of judgment (9:27-29) – God’s plan for the majority is to judge them for their sin, its only the minority who receive His mercy, grace and covenant love.
