The federal energy minister has taken a shot at the Queensland State Government over the Adani coal mine as wrangling over royalties leaves any deal up in the air. Also unresolved is a decision on a billion dollar taxpayer funded loan for a rail line from the huge Carmichael mine to the Abbott point coal terminal.
