For me its like I am already an over-thinker so I stay in my head brooding and turning over thoughts and more thoughts stemmed and brewed from former thoughts. Some good but most bad some nihilistic and unrealistic and then because music is always playing in my head at some point...... "POOF" RANDOM ASS SONG just goes.... and for a minute my mind gets the dopamine needed to keep going because that's what music does for me..... still doesn't change the fact the intrusive dark thoughts occur.
