Nirvana started her career on the trading floor, after graduating with a degree in Law. She quickly rose to strength realising her ability to spot where financial companies are exposed to compliance issues!  Nirvana emerged as a global influence in RegTech, heading Regulatory Transaction Reporting at KPMG UK before becoming Global Head of RegTech, Risk & Regulatory Compliance Affairs at Hitachi Vantara.

Aside from full-time work, Nirvana has had a continued influence on the sector becoming a MIT Technology Review Global Panellist, and Non-Executive Board Member for 5 modern regulatory companies.
