Don't Send Flowers:  An open and honest conversation on how we ALL deal with painful life experiences, feel our way through them, and hopefully make it out better people than we were before.

Each interview will explore a vast array of life changing moments. We'll discuss how they coped, adjusted, grieved and ultimately what steps they took to move through the experience to find their way.

My hope is that through openly sharing our stories we no longer feel isolated in grief and have a greater understanding of how to show up for each other in our times of need.
