"Michael Bay doing Michael Bay things"-Sean hosts a stunningly illuminating review of The Rock (1996) with Ben from FilmFloggers, Sopranos Redefined and 'Push Pull Health'

Sean and Ben try and fail in their attempt to not talk about CGI versus practical effects. They also discuss the various Bay-isms evident throughout the film including crude stereotypes, spoon-feeding the audience and beautifully-ridiculous action scenes. Michael Bay does a shower scene, but it's not what you think.  

There's no greater recommendation for this waffle and tangent-coated episode than Ben when he said "People can always fast-forward bits, hopefully we made something reasonably entertaining".
