Dewayne Staats is a living legend when it comes to MLB play-by-play. Dewayne has been with the Tampa Bay Rays since their inception in 1998. His first full-time play-by-play gig was with the Houston Astros, followed by the Chicago Cubs, NY Yankees, and now the Rays. Oh, he also called games for a little four-lettered network called ESPN.
