It’s 1938 in Los Angeles, and one of Howard Hughes’ secret projects for the war efforts is found by a barnstorming pilot named Cliff Secord. The Nazis are after him, Hughes and the FBI want the rocket pack back, and all Cliff wants is to become a racing legend and hero.
