There are times when our emotional conditions make us feel inadequate, and tend to even pull the strings of our very own self-esteem. And like in the movies, such internal negative vibes, could sometimes even be heard as voices in our head. This episode touches that delicate and dark side that we sometimes experience, and how I go about fighting it back. Because not confronting these issues, quickly become the root of sadness, the root of pain....and the root of it all!

Hay ocasiones en que nuestras condiciones emocionales nos hacen sentir inadecuados, hasta tocan lo mas fino de nuestra auto-estima. Y como suele suceder en las películas, esa sensación tan negativa, en ocasiones se escucha como voces en nuestra cabeza. Este episodio toca ese lado delicado y oscuro que en ocasiones encontramos, y lo que hago yo para pelear en contra. Porque el no confrontar estos casos, rápidamente se convierten en la raíz de la tristeza, la raíz del dolor...la raíz de todo.
