This energy center is the foundation of your entire being, governing your sense of safety, stability, and belonging in the world. When your root is balanced, you feel grounded, supported, and connected to the Earth — but when it’s blocked, it can show up as fear, anxiety, survival mode, or feeling disconnected from your body.
We’ll explore how early life experiences, trauma, and daily stress can affect your root energy, and how you can begin to restore a sense of inner security and trust in life again. You’ll also learn grounding practices, affirmations, and ways to reconnect with your physical body and the energy of the Earth beneath you.
This is where your healing begins — by coming home to yourself, feeling safe in your body, and remembering that you are always supported.
