The One who was born in Bethlehem is going to be the Ruler in Israel.  Although He is a great God now, His greatness is going to be seen throughout of the world when He beats down the Assyrian or Russian during their future invasion of Israel.  This defeat of the Russian is seen in all five Assyrian texts of Isaiah 30 & 31, Micah 5, Isaiah 14, and Jeremiah 50.  This episode helps a person see there facts more clearly.
