In the years of research and study of the Tarot I have never come across anything that describes The Rules and Standards of Tarot, and why should I? Because there aren't any. Nobody has any concrete proof when the Tarot was first invented and so how could any rules or standards have ever been established at the same period in time. As far as I can see only rituals and mythology have developed any structure the Tarot ever had.
