After a little break, we are back! In a change to the usual chat, we are reviewing a book - The Science of Running by Chris Napier PhD. We aim to look at running from a scientific point of view, from muscle groups and tendons, to form and function, so we can get the best out of our running.
Inspo of the Week: Mirna or ‘the mirnavator’ as she is commonly known is a singer, author, blogger, teacher and ultra runner who advocates for people in the running community who do not fit the stereotypical runner body type. Mirna was the National Geographic 2018 Adventurer of the Year. In 2017, Mirna’s book, A beautiful work in progress was published, it’s a memoir told with honesty, love and humour, an all around good read.
