Fight or flight? Stand firm or hit the highway? What do you do when faced with adversity? What do you turn to? Can you fuel yourself from the courage within you to face your fears? Or do you run? Drawing from the previous episode, I felt called to share my personal self-sabotaging behaviours & practices. The triggering act of being raw and exposed in this episode had caused it’s delay in being released. However, I acknowledge the friction and decide to journey through its hesitating pull on me. I recognize my fear in being vulnerable, and continue to push past fear’s grip. In the release of this episode I choose to release myself from any guilt or shame associated with my seemingly inherent need to run. I ask you, are you willing to do the same alongside me?
