After six days of creating, God rested on the seventh. He blessed the seventh day and set it apart from the other six as unique. Israel modeled this with the Sabbath. Jesus challenged the rules attached to it. The rest of the New Testament is strangely silent about it. Are we supposed to keep the Sabbath or not? Is there any value in it? This message will discuss some practical ways to incorporate more rest in our lives, while also challenging the Church's present concept of Sunday.
