I have special guest Sadhu Dah join me in this episode of Spiritual Gardening. Sadhu Dah is a student of the Theravada lineage under Master Pong Sak and Master Thanaphol Pakdee, he has years of experience and training with inner door secrets of Thai Buddhist Magick. He has had the privilege of studying under Rinpoches and Lamas from the Bonpo Tibetan lineage and is a formal student in the Mao Shan sect of Taoism.

We discuss a variety of topics awareness, exorcisms, spiritual growth, the paranormal and something that in particular scared the shit out of me the black-eyed kids. Another topic we discussed was sleep paralysis. I've experienced sleep paralysis once when I was child and the experience was frightening. It felt like there was a "presence" of some kind but I don't recall many details other than the black orb that appeared. This phenomena, while I didn't mention it in the episode is discussed in the documentary titled "The Nightmare". From what I recall from my experience is it seems like this in between state between sleep and being awake, as if part of your brain is awake and other parts not. Also, not related to the episode but I am working on my speech issues in these podcasts. I realize that it is a detriment for listening and I apologize for it and I am working to improve on that.
