This week Kyle, Amy, and Jen are joined by co-host of the Academy Academy Podcast (and Jen's husband and father to her child) to discuss 2021's The Sadness. The Sadness is... pretty hardcore. It is a divisive film and the crew do a very good job of discussing a challenging film while respecting each other's feelings on the film. Don is on the ep because Jen abstained from watching because of the extreme nature of the film. If you're on the fence this is a good ep to get you informed about what you're signing up for. That said... that subway sequence thought...
