Abu Ousayd
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The best people are those of my generation, and then those who will come after them (the next generation), and then those who will come after them (i.e. the next generation), and then after them, there will come people whose witness will precede their oaths, and whose oaths will precede their witness."

Rekao je imam Berbehari: "Neka ti se Allah smiluje.Dobro razmotri svačiji govor koji čuješ naročito u tvom vremenu.Ne žuri i ne ulazi u bilo šta dok se ne zapitaš i vidiš da li je iko od ashaba Poslanika, sallallahu alejhi ve sellem govorio o tome ili bilo ko od učenjaka? Pa ako nađeš predaju od njih po tom pitanju čvrsto je prihvati i ne prelazi preko nje nipošto i ne daji prednost bilo čemu drugom pa da upadneš u vatru." (šerhu-sunne)
