I look around at so many gamers struggling to get their idea, venture or business going. I respect the hustle, but I've got to wonder why it seems that so many are trying to reinvent the wheel in getting people to purchase from them.   

I think it comes down to a lack of understanding of the basic principles of sales and marketing. The principles are universal, but not universally taught.
