Norma Pérez is an Afro-Salvadoran and the proprietor of The Salvi Vegan, an all Salvadoran food, all vegan pop up restaurant. For two decades she worked as an international dance teacher and choreographer until a medical condition ended her career. She discovered her talent and love for cooking after converting overnight to a vegan lifestyle.
