It's Friday, February 21st. I’m Mike Scott and today’s forecast calls for partly sunny skies, with a high of 68 and a low tonight of 59. Now the news: A 2nd group of quarantined evacuees has been released from Marine Corps Air Station Miramar. The final group, which arrived at Miramar on February 7th, climbed aboard buses yesterday morning after a final round of health checks found no indication of infection by the novel strain of coronavirus called COVID-19.
