And now the news: More than 25,000 people in San Diego County who were convicted of marijuana offenses dating back to the 1970s — or even earlier — could have their felony convictions reduced to misdemeanors or dismissed entirely, under a motion filed by San Diego County District Attorney Summer Stephan.
