It's Tuesday, March 17th. I’m Kyle Sauerhoefer and today’s forecast is partly sunny and cool with possible showers passing through. Highs will be around 63 degrees before dropping to 51 tonight. Now the news: San Diego County issued new emergency regulations to help slow the spread of COVID-19. The regulations, which went into effect at midnight, include a ban on all public or private gatherings of 50 people or more and all non-essential gatherings of any size are strongly discouraged.
