This month, Fleur and Rafa spoke to Santa Clara Estate’s Bel Zelaya, who spearheads the family’s scholarship program with sister Katia. Since 2011, the initiative has supported 77 children of the farm’s staff in accessing greater educational opportunities, prioritising girls and young women who would otherwise miss out on going to school.
