It’s a common experience that people only turn to God when they’re desperate. When trouble strikes, their first instinct is to try and solve the problem themselves. Only when all else fails – do they turn to God. As we continue our series in Jonah, we see in chapter 2 God's gracious salvation for his rebellious prophet, when he cries out to God for help.
