Why do we not train our minds like we train our bodies? Mental fitness is something not often discussed. 

There is so much research around meditation and mindfulness practices and the positive effect they have on our capacity to live an extraordinary life.

This episode is a Meditation 101 about what I have learned so far on my meditation journey, and I focus on providing foundational knowledge and motivation to encourage you to give it a try. I think no one can be forced to meditate - they must want to do it. Providing knowledge is the first step to having a desire.
