Everyone wants to do better, be better and contribute beyond themselves. Okay, mostly everyone. But if you’re an avid podcast listener, odds are I am speaking to you. The problem is that there’s so much information on self-help, transformation, personal and professional growth. How can you tell the difference between the valid and useful stuff, from the fluff?
My returning guest for this episode is an old friend and colleague, Paul Taylor. Years ago, Paul and I travelled and presented together extensively. Two things you will notice about Paul is that he has a vast depth of knowledge, and that his delivery style is both practical and entertaining.
Paul Taylor is a former British Royal Navy Aircrew Officer, Neuroscientist, Exercise Physiologist and Nutritionist who is currently completing a PhD in Applied Psychology, where he is developing and testing resilience strategies with the Australian Defense Science Technology Group & The University of Tasmania. He is also the host of one of my favorite podcasts, The Mind, Body, Brain Project.
