You've made it to the third week of The Science of Happiness!
This week builds on what we discussed last time around social connection and looks at two key elements that are proven to have a positive effect on our happiness - compassion and kindness.
I find it equally fascinating and encouraging that these things we have always viewed as positive virtues are now also proven to benefit our health and well being! Looking forward to hearing your feedback on this one, perhaps the world will be a little nicer as a result?
