Dylan Conroy is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of The Social Standard and the host of The Ad Podcast, where he interviews the c suite of brands, agencies, media companies and thought leaders on his quest to build the world's greatest sales organization!
In this episode, Dylan talks about life as a CRO and the EPIC journey that comes with it! A life in sales is more of a short-term cash win situation and can be extremely rewarding but Dylan is able to do what he loves better as a CRO! Traveling and hitting the streets with his crew, he is able to provide mentorship, coaching, and relationship building. In this role, Dylan focuses on building genuine and long lasting relationships with brands, influencers, and teams.
