With a background in training athletes in professional soccer and national levels, and a PhD in exercise physiology and biomechanics, Dr. Bucciarelli shares his journey from athlete to coach and researcher. 

He explains his groundbreaking studies comparing high-speed treadmill training with ground-based sprinting.  Tune in to hear what the outcomes are.
