Walking on the path to self-discovery takes time, courage, and commitment. But the rewards are incomparable to a life in the shadows. In this episode, Matt and Aina Musaeva talk about how our thought patterns and beliefs can keep us from growing and discovering the essence of who we are. They also talk about the steps we can take to overcome these patterns.
Aina is a data scientist at KPMG, and a part-time black hole hunter. She loves empowering girls to pursue careers in STEM and through her work as a Director at Out for Australia she is actively helping young LGBTIQ professionals to be their authentic selves at work.
"It was exactly like the joy of discovery that you experience in science. Except that this time I discovered something about myself that I wasn’t aware of, and maybe it was even something that I wasn’t looking for. It just drifted up to the surface for me to have a look at and love it and not judge it, see how I can grow from that place."
If you love science, you will love even more how Aina describes her journey to authenticity and the methods she used in getting to where she is today, so tune in and listen to the full episode.

About Matt:
Although I was born on the 23rd February 1980, my life only really got started on the 23rd February 2010. Until that point, I felt lost, disorientated and afraid. That day, life called time on my self-obfuscating ways. And I finally came to see that I wasn’t lost in life, I’d lost touch with my true self.
I discovered that Authenticity was about authorship, so today me and my team are on a mission to create a world where every human being is encouraged and supported to create a life that’s true to themselves.
I live in Melbourne, Australia. I’m married to a hunky doctor called Fil and together we have a beautiful son called Niko.
