In this episode we are going to take an aerial view of the beginning stages of rewinding the tape, accepting responsibility, and absorbing all the loss and wreckage that you've caused. Going further in this process will be explored in depth on a later episode, in order to be more inclusive to people in all stages of recovery, as well as keep my programs progressive and somewhat chronological.
