Listen Later

Have you ever noticed that the simple act of keeping score in a game inevitably changes how we look at the game. When no one keeps score, there is no pressure and you really don’t know if you are winning or losing. Because of that you really aren’t invested in the outcome of the game.

Keeping score puts an innate accountability on the game - it changes the game. And as someone who is extremely competitive, I can tell you that it messed with your head. No one likes to lose, especially someone as competitive as I am.

In this mini-episode, I share with you 2 very important things you always should do in order to win! Join me for this quick session to get your mind where it needs to be and then your actions can follow!
