Samuel, Havlock, Saido, and Marina have all reached Welcon Isle, after hearing rumors of a particular item stolen from the Marines in the area being on said island. The four encounter "The Wire" a tiefling who says she will share her information with them if, and only if they help her out of a seemingly simple situation.
