The Seal You Carry
“Then I looked, and behold, the Lamb was standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His name and the name of His Father written on their foreheads.” - Revelation 14:1.
Stop and think: What’s written on your life today?
The Bible shows us that, in the last days, there will only be two groups: those who carry the seal of God and those who carry the mark of the beast. There is no middle ground. The seal of God is the name of the Father and the Son on the forehead — not just an outward sign, but a reflection of Christ’s character living within us. The mark of the beast, on the other hand, represents surrender to a system that opposes God.
The 144,000 are pictured standing beside the Lamb on Mount Zion. That scene represents victory — but not without struggle. Before they overcame, they faced the most severe trials: rejection, persecution, even being condemned as if they deserved death. Yet in the darkest hour, God sealed them, and they stood firm.
Now think about this: if the pressure came against you today — if being faithful to God cost you your reputation, your friends, maybe even your life — which side would you be on? What do your choices, your words, your habits reveal about who you truly belong to?
The truth is, the “name” written on our foreheads is already being shaped right now. Every decision — big or small — is molding who you are and who you serve.
God’s call is clear: He’s not looking for perfect people, but for willing hearts. For young men and women who won’t sell out for likes, approval, or fleeting pleasure. He’s searching for those who long to reflect the beauty and character of Jesus.
Today, you have the chance to decide who your life belongs to. God’s seal isn’t only about the future — it begins now, in daily surrender, in the sincere cry: “Lord, write Your name on me.”
Don’t wait for the crisis to choose your side. Choose today. Ask Jesus to shape your character and mark you as His. Because in the end, only two names will remain — and what’s written on your forehead will forever reveal who you truly are.
