Episode 07 of The Search. I was joined by Dan Easterbook. He is currently working for a recruitment company called ITECCO based in Manchester, UK. Dan is a technology focused contract recruitment manager for the business. 

He has been in recruitment now since 2007 and has worked his way up across 3 different businesses in this time.    Dan and I went through what he saw as the main challenges being in a management role in recruitment. He soon realised that he has to be more selfless as a manager when helping and working with the staff in his team.   

Dan's vision is so refreshing to see and he genuinely comes across as not only a really nice guy and someone you would want to work for but also someone that really gets management and has learnt so much along the way to be as good as he is now.
