Episode 10 of The Search. I had a fantastic conversation with Emilia Fasano. She is the Senior Manager for Interim Housing, Development and Construction at Deverell Smith in their London office. I went through her career to date and how she made her way into management in recruitment.   

Emilia is so inspiring and has such a confident persona about her. She takes everything in her stride and she isn't afraid to ask for what she wants.    

Emilia took some time out after a long stint in recruitment to work out her career path and what she really wants. This has led her to where she is now.   

Everyone does need to take a moment to re-evaluate themselves a certain points in their careers to figure out where they want to be and go.
