Episode 12 of The Search. This week I had the chance to talk to Rob Grant who is the General Manager in North America for Harrington Starr.  

Rob has been with Harrington Starr now for 5 years. He was brought into the business to launch and build out the US operation based in New York City.   

Rob has been in recruitment now for around 20 years having also his own recruitment business previously. He has so much experience to share with others.    

Rob had a fantastic approach to his leadership and said to me "don't be proud, lead by example".  He has such a value adding approach to recruitment and a very positive and refreshing view to the way he see's the recruitment market currently
