Oliver James Associates specialise in recruiting to both the financial services sector (with a particular focus on the insurance sector) and in particular Actuarial, FARC, Underwriting, Data, Change IT and Risk across the US, Canada and Bermuda.

Stewart has been with the business for nearly 10 years now working his way through the ranks. He started off there as a recruitment consultant and is now leading the US operation based in NYC with over 40 members of staff.

He has spent 5 years on the ground in the US when he moved over with only 2 other people.  

He has built the most fantastic presence with his team in the states and is on a journey to keep growing it out and building on their success.
