This week on The Search Podcast I was joined by Lauren Langdell who is based out in Los Angeles.   

Lauren is the Director for the USA for Trust in Soda who are an award winning next generation digital recruitment agency and part of the Trinnovo Group.   

She is the Founder of Women in Devops which is global movement and is used to not only amplify the voices of women but of all minority groups within DevOps

6 years in recruitment later, Lauren was given the opportunity to be one of the first on the ground in Los Angeles for Trust in Soda and grow out their business in the US. Not only that, in 2017 she set up Women in Devops and now has thousands of members in her group. She is a huge advocate for diversity and has done incredibly well in her market to support this.

She is an inspiration and it was great getting to know her more on this podcast.
